Community Service Day
Windermere is known not only for the quality of service we provide for the clients, but for our commitment to community service. Each June Windermere associates and staff participate in Community Service Day.

On this day, we pool our time and resources to provide assistance to schools, public agencies and individuals in need.

It’s our way of saying thank you to our communities for making us their real estate leader.

Windermere Foundation
In 1989 Windermere instituted the Windermere Foundation. As an advocate for the homeless, the Foundation’s primary function is to do what Windermere does best—help find homes for people who need them.

The Foundation is funded primarily from contributions made by agents, with each agent contributing a portion of their commission on each transaction.
